How this Community Vision Came About

CalWild engaged with more than 80 Tribal entities, community stakeholders, local officials and federal agencies through more than 130 individual meetings, four in-person workshops and 11 meetings with officials to distill the community’s vision for their region.

We are grateful to these participants for their openness, engagement, creativity and commitment to the process, and to Zephyr Collaboration for their sensitive, effective facilitation and process design.

The Upper Eel Watershed Community Visioning Project was funded by the State Coastal Conservancy and Resources Legacy Fund. We are grateful for their generous support.
